A fund of Asheville-Buncombe Community Land Trust (ABCLT) to protect and create permanently affordable housing for Black families in Montford and Stumptown/Hill Street.

Land Acknowledgement
Montford+ (Census Tracts 2 & 3) is on the ancestral land of the Anigiduwagi, more commonly known as the Cherokee. This land was acquired through violence, oppression, coercion and broken treaties.
